Zoleafood is committed to quality, safety and reliability of the product, from the picking up to the moment it reaches the customer.

These values are represented in our factories by our certifications, BRS (British Retail Consortium), IFS (International Featured Standard) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points). This is a proof of our commitment to quality and safety for our customers.

INternational featured standard 

International Featured Standard is an auditing standard, created in 2003, that certifies private label food suppliers. 
 

IFS certification guarantees the safety and quality of food products : 

- Provide healthy products to the consumer
- Guarantee the safety of food to the distributor

- Respect the requirements of the EU hygiene regulations

British Retail Consortium

The British Retail Consortium (BRC) certification assesses the compliance of food processors or packagers of bare products.


Critors of certification are the following ones :

- Management Responsibilities
- Quality management system
- Management of human and material resources...
- Manufacturing process and product traceability
- Internal improvement measures

Hazard Analysis Critical Control point

HACCP is a standard, or more precisely a method, whose main objective is to implement all necessary measures to protect consumers against possible hazards related to the consumption of food industry products and catering.
