Morels: Grow in the edges of wooded areas, especially around oak, elm, ash, and aspen trees.
Size : 5-15 cm high, the cap is often tall and pointed
Colors: Black cap with ridges and pits aligned in vertical rows, yellowish-brown tinge.
Season: Grows in the early Spring
Cooking hints: Clean thoroughly before cooking (hollow cap keep woodlice and so on...) Need to be properly cook before eating. Get well with meat, bring a very rich flavor and enhance the dishes.
